Hello I'm not a php programmer and I want to work in frontend. can help me in run godot asset library in linux local server.

To answer your question, running the Asset Library entails:

Installing and configuring Apache and MariaDB/MySQL.
Configuring PHP to use MySQL.
Placing the Asset Library repository under the web root, likely /var/www, or making a symlink to it.
Proceeding with the instructions in the README.
