Allow Codeberg (fully free git host) based projects

Hi all,

It would be great if it were possible to submit projects hosted at https://codeberg.org/

They are aiming to provide a fully free git hosting service to the community and I'd love to get behind them.

Could it be added to the list of allowed sources?

It's using Gitea, don't we support that already?

I did attempt a submission selecting Gogs/Gitea as the option but it gave a response that it was not possible to ensure it wasn't spam and as such was rejected.

Added Codeberg to the list of hosts for which the gogs/gitea provider will not raise a warning.

Currently, an user can become "legitimate" by getting one asset accepted. Before that, users are not allowed to make edits with warnings.
