Overhaul asset-list design

[Piralein]

• combine the image and title link into 1 with a bigger area and hover effect.
• reposition the license and display it as smaller tag
• separate user link and time/version information to the sides.

depends and needs to be rebased after #282

Update after feedback:

• increased size, added bold and default color to asset title
• reduced the size of labels by 1px and aligned them in a single line if possible
• bold asset version
• desaturated colors in dark design
• moderation page

It's not bad at all! But I think that the title gets lost in there, especially with the dark mode colors. I think all tags can be smaller, and probably use more pastel colors, less saturated and attention-hungry.
