Option to specify ISC license #295

This license is functionally equivalent to the MIT license, but less wordy. I've started using it as a first choice for my OSS stuff purely because it's slightly easier to read. Because of the MIT compatibility, I've just specified MIT for the projects I upload to the asset lib for now, but it'd be nice to be able to explicitly specify ISC.

From Wikipedia:

...it has become the preferred license for contributions to OpenBSD[6] and the default license for npm packages.

Hey @Calinou,

Absolutely can do that; I happen to have meddled with PHP in the past. In opening this issue, I'm simply following orders from the edit page:

This being the case, and presuming this is a trivial change, I'll also edit that note to instruct people to simply open a PR instead.
