fix Alt/Option for macOS in first_look_at_the_editor.rst #9531

macOS uses the Option key instead of the Alt key. Also added the Option key symbol ⌥.

You should target master not 4.2, changes can then be cherry picked, see here.

Please open a new PR and a new branch based on the correct branch, if needed (check the latest version first).

I didn't realize I was targeting the wrong branch. I just followed the contribute link from the webpage.
