Having issues with getting the v2 plugin to work with godot 3.5.1

added all correctly in the /addons/godot-git-plugin directory. but get the following error - any idea..

I did notice other open logs regarding this issue - but nothing has been done since.

Unable to load addon script from path: 'res://addons/godot-git-plugin/git_api.gdns' Base type is not EditorPlugin.

Did you click the Enable box for the plugin? Do not do that for this plugin.
