Add User Group listing for godot.community #736

I'm reaching out to ask if we can have our Taiwanese Discord community included on the official Godot Engine website's community list. We're called 「Godot 開拓者交流互助公會」.

I am using this for the first time, so if I make any mistakes, please let me know.
