I wonder of the download_3 versions should link to a different version on docs.godotengine, instead of to stable?

I wonder of the download_3 versions should link to a different version on docs.godotengine, instead of to stable?

It makes more sense, but I need to update the Troubleshooting page first in the 3.x docs to be fully up-to-date with the 4.x docs (many of the questions apply to both, but aren't present in 3.x yet).
