Add Migrate Animation from Godot 4.0 to 4.3 article #851

Due to the large number of reworks to the animation feature between 4.0 and 4.3, we are adding an article explaining the options we have added during them.

@clayjohn Thank you for the huge amount of proofreading! I appreciate very much the use of your time, it is so very helpful :)

I have applied the corrections to the areas @clayjohn pointed out, changed the directory names and fix the text in the images. I am not sure when it would be appropriate to publish this, but I think it would be nice to publish around the time after we launch the 4.3.beta.

I have added a cover image to #854 as well. It still lacks proofreading, but well no need to publish it on the same day with this article.
