The palette colors from the Color Picker are distorted/squished on 3.5.1. And the arrows from the sliders are behind the input.

Seems to be working fine on Windows, as another user pointed out to me.
It works as expected on 3.4.5.

On Windows it's broken too but a bit less.
Same issue in 4.0. Or not.
Also the issue fixed itself for me. Weird.
