Wintab is probably not related here, it might just be the last message before the rendering failed initializing. CC @bruvzg anyway.

You seem to have a Vulkan layer named fpsmon
installed which clashes with Godot. Would be worth testing with it removed.

WinTab error is likely a result of window creation failure, not a cause.
I think that's the problem! Now I can test it further and keep looking for any crashes or bugs. Thanks again for the clue!

So it's likely the same issue as https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/57937 (overlay Vulkan layer not supporting multiple windows).
*Add - after follow this instruction, it helps with a little lagging on node selecting. (when I pressing a node on tree, it often has a bit of delay before the node get selected.)
