Can't reproduce, but seeing the video it looks Spotlight3D is producing shadow artifacts.
Also getting this problem on my side, both on local projects and on the Road to Vostok Demo (made in Godot).

NOTE: I also tried the same thing on Arch Linux, using Mesa RADV. The problem does NOT happen in that case.
I am also getting this problem on my 7800xt starting with the preview driver 23.40.01.10. The last working driver is 23.30.13.05

Issue description
When approaching meshes, I start seeing black lines and artifacts appear alongside the mesh's verticies. I've tried disabling/enabling 3D MSAA, SSR, SSAP, SSO, SDFGO, and a bunch of other settings, but no luck.
Have downloaded other meshes and still see this issue. Also tried on a different machine with an older NVIDIA GPU and don't see the issue.
Video of what I see - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJTJdZhPK9A
Have attached MRP.
Steps to reproduce
In attached MRP, approach a mesh up close, and can see visible lines.
