Which rendering method did you try in Android?
Note that Windows Subsystem for Android has been deprecated and will be removed in March 2025, so it's unlikely that the issue will be fixed by Microsoft. It's notoriously hard to debug rendering issues in emulators so it's also difficult to fix on our end.

There is a problem when running Android applications made in Godot on Windows 11 in the subsystem for running Android. They install without problems, but when opened, they close immediately. I tried with other applications made in Android Studio and Unity, and they have no issues.
