I want to publish this game in compiled (executable format) and make it widely available and in installer format What are the terms and conditions of it.

You've already opened an issue about this last year: https://github.com/godotengine/tps-demo/issues/155

Please don't upload the game with little to no changes as you've done last year. While it's not legally forbidden, it's still in bad taste.

Also, we intend to distribute precompiled versions at some point in the future, so doing this would duplicate our efforts.
