Ability to edit donations in case of wrong entries at fellow, and NFH level. #27

A small message saying edited by <user> next to the donation should be present.

@adityasurneni The current implementation allows anyone in the chain of validation, including the volunteer to update the donation. Let me know if there's any reason to block the volunteer and the coach (as was originally requested) from editing. Note that all changes to donations are tracked (there's a changelog) and attributed to the user who performs the edit.
