allow the image to fit the screen horizontally or vertically #8

The first commit of this pull request is just an English language fix.

The second introduces the -l and -t options and the toggle keys 'l' and 't'. The first makes the image as large as the screen regardless of its height. The second makes the image as tall as the screen regardless of its width. They are active when allowed by the -f and -e options or keys.

Thanks. The 'shrink' is a more accurate description than 'stretch'. :)
