Files that I upload and do not add to event shouldn't be saved #778

When adding a file to an event in the journal, if I cancel right after the file has been uploaded, the file will be stored in the catalog.

The expected behaviour would be to not store the file if cancelled.

EDIT: Should actually only show medias associated with some topic on catalog.

That's not so much a bug as a business decision. We do have a rake task to erase old unused medias, but that's only for medias at least 30 days old. I guess Rebecca was uploading a series of files to the catalog and reusing them later, without including them in an event (was it something like this, right @lunks?). I don't know if this decision is still valid.

We'll have to revisit this… makes sense as a separated feature (as an "add files" button at the catalog page), but not with this behaviour. If I upload something an realise it was a mistake it will be saved… imagine a teacher uploading personal photos… :P
