Add timeout feature for HTTP requests #6

The plugin has been working great but I thought it would be a good idea to add a (customisable) timeout to the HTTP requests in order to make it more reliable in the sense that it should stop homebridge from hanging if it doesn't hear back.

Sorry, I totally forgot. I was on holiday when you send the previous message and only merged the code from my cell phone. I pushed a new version to NPM now!
