Possibility of upgrade goetas-webservices/xsd-reader dependency to 0.4.1 #161

Hello @goetas,

Since we have the xsd-reader with fixes regarding reading complex types and other fixes, will you consider to upgrade the dependency of xsd2php that has with that package?
