The two diplicates used the SIP template but on side-by-side comparison are identical to one another - thus 1 definitely needs to be deleted. But, not fully clear to me whether the SIP for LifeWatch ERIC Ecoportal is actually a duplicate of the FSR Ecoportal, or whether there should be the 2 separate records (i.e., a SIP and an FSR statement)?

Your analysis is correct. You should delete one of the two , please delete this one: https://w3id.org/np/RAVyoCOlatp1LUZyq1h5-z-qhv4gron2N-Acp-YU9kYag (the problem was a technical one in the pipeline which we corrected, not caused by the author). It is perfectly ok to have a SIP for the Portal but also to have the portal itself described as a registry (F4). In the first case you analyse the registry in detail. Please add a description to the SIP like: "This is the SIP of the LifeWatch ERIC EcoPortal recording FAIR Supporting Resources used for interoperability..."
