Question to @mabablue maybe: the Semantic model designation would, according to the description, require a definition "according to the Linked Data principles", I'm not sure if this requires publication in a linked data format, because the link only provides Excel/csv versions. The resource could arguably still be considered a "semantic model" because it meets all of the conceptual criteria.

There is an RDF version published by the EU EEA, but that is not necessarily ILO sanctioned, I do not know if:
