Define the stakeholder types, because guidelines for the organisational aspects differ for different stakeholder types. The PLOS-article is written from institutional perspective. There is also the funder's perspective, or .......

Next, we must identify the steps in the guidelines where stakeholders meet, i.e. work on the same part of FAIRification.

If we agree on this approach, I will align the funder's steps to the institutional steps as described in the PLOS-article. from there on we can add/align more stakeholders. (this also helps to refine the thoughts on "Puttng FDO's to work')
