Hi,

Thanks for the great work! I am writing to ask that as the paper is published, is this data publicly available to use?

Also, is the expression matrix after doublet removal?

Hi Qingnan,

Yes, the data are published in this paper and this paper. The data are on GEO as GSE118614. I did not work directly on this project so I'm not sure if doublets have been removed from the GEO data; if they are present their cell type is likely annotated as such.
