Contours overs time with same mesh ID #12

Reproduce: Create a new mesh Create a contour at t0 Create a contour at t1

Issue: contour table: both contours belong to same mesh ID (first created should be 0) mesh table: mesh time not accurate mesh table: mesh track id not accurate (should be 0?)

mesh's track ID= previous mesh ID

see issue 13 : the contour will belong to the meshID selected in the TraceManualEditing Widget where in normal behaviour, there is only the meshes for the current timepoint. (so if the timepoint is changed, the previous meshid can't be selected again). so the pb is which the display of the meshIDs in the Tracemanualediting widget
