Update fields in other tables when deleting entities #16

when a celltype/subcelltype is deleted, the celltype IDs of the meshes should be reassigned to 0 when a mesh is deleted, its intensities should be deleted also from the database.

when a celltype/subcelltype is deleted, the celltype IDs of the meshes should be reassigned to 0... -> if users deletes celltype in 1 imaging session, all be we affected and reassigned to 0... -> not sure it's a good idea, to be discussed

open new issue #69 specific to the celltype
