Delete celltype #69

when a celltype/subcelltype is deleted, the celltype IDs of the meshes should be reassigned to 0... -> if users deletes celltype in 1 imaging session, all be we affected and reassigned to 0... -> not sure it's a good idea, to be discussed

After gofigure meeting: no delete celltype anymore. Add a "rename celltype" instead.

Is it still a bug? is it a feature request? do you plan to solve it within the next couple of days?
