timethumb strange problem #326

i have installed timthumb with wp and after some time i have make the script 
gives no error but till now there is no images appear !
for example :

if if refer image to it give a white page :

i can't understand what the problem from ?

Seems a permission issue. Since it cannot create index.html file. Give 777 
permissions to cache directory and try again.
