Can't see Get Private Key button #2

Hi team,

My Customer generates CSR at WHMCS but can not see Get Private Key button (Wildcard SSL).

We have tried to generate from csrgenerator.com (*.domain) but WHMCS said Incorrect CSR despite the correct format. Please help us to check this issue.
