CSR version not specified #189

Describe the bug When we try to renew a certain certificate (either automatically or manually), WHMCS outputs this error: CSR version not specified

Expected behavior Certificate would be renewed

Desktop (please complete the following information):

WHMCS: v8.1.3
Module: 2.5.11
