Allow clients to reissue certificate before it's validated #95

It would be nice if clients had the option to reissue a certificate before the current one has been validated. If a client enters the wrong domain name, they can't validate and therefore can't reissue the certificate as it is now.

Yes, that feature will be possible for Sectigo/GoGetSSL, however, Q2 2020, it is scheduled
