gf init win平台换行符问题 #116

gf init在windows平台上生成的文件，换行符均为LF，手动新建的文件默认换行符为CRLF，当git设置了core.safecrlf=true，commit时就会报错，需要手动再进行转换，麻烦。

期望gf init在windows平台上生成的文件，换行符均为CRLF，或有参数可指定换行符。

gf-cli：v1.16.4
