This is a straight port of the plugin CMask opcodes for Csound, to CsoundAC.

[x] Add a Csound score header to the csound::Score class to accept score literals in CMask parameters.
[ ] Add a CMaskNode based on the CMask opcodes to CsoundAC.
[ ] Port a CMask example to Python.
[ ] Port CMaskNode also to csound-wasm.
[ ] Update documentation to point to the online CMask manual.

Actually I am not going to do this. It would be another in the unending, addictive chain of distractions from composing.
