Parametric Lindenmayer system axiom parameters not evaluated #7

The parameters for words in the axiom of the Silencio.ParametricLindenmayer system are not being evaluated.

There was a workaround in specifying an axiom with no effective parameters with a rule to replace it with the real axiom. But I have now fixed the bug and parameters in the axiom are now evaluated.
