Google Drive access #113

Since a few days, I can't access (even read) my Google Drive files.

Error message: The operation couldn't be completed. (JSON-RPC protocol support is deprecated. See https://g.co/cloud/global-batch-deprecation for info and migration steps.)

Obviously the support was shutdown on August 12.

Please, fix.

I'm running into a similar problem with the Markdown editor from the same developer, GTW. When I try to connect to Google Drive, I get:

Error message: The operation couldn't be completed. (HTTP method not allowed)

This looks to be the same deprecated API error as documented in https://g.co/cloud/global-batch-deprecation.
