cursor jumps to end of word on alpha-numeric characters #116

I love this app... but when tapping the cursor jumps to the end of the word, not where I tapped. It doesn't seem to do that if I tap on a non alpha-numeric character (such as a / or a -). It stays put when it tap on those characters.

Is this a feature, and if so what is the option to disable it? I'm on iOS14.2.1 with GoCoEdit 16.4.2

I have the same issue, drives me nuts.
