Detection of renaming #145

For renaming, I have an source folder with a file abc.txt and cde.txt which 
is empty. My destination folder is exactly same as source folder. 
So I renames the files in source folder to 123.txt and 456.txt.
Then I sync source folder to intermediate storage.
Then I preview the sync job that connects destination folder and intermediate  
storage.
It will shows that abc.txt and cde.txt will be rename to 123.txt.
