I found this project and I like and need what it can do. It does not work at 
the moment because it requires .net3. I checked out the source and already 
fixed that, but the installer can't be built at the moment for some reason.

I would like to contribute to the project, and move it to github because google 
code shuts down soon. I would like to do further development.
