refine some vc4 build typos #8

  1. exclude out amdgpu freedreno API build for libdrm
  2. specific dtb with automatically build when invoke make
  3. no make/make clean targets for randrproto

hi @gohai firstly thanks to your build scripts for make the build routine much easy for me. follow your scripts' contents, there're some typos above. PTAL :)

Hi @wuyuehang! Thanks for your close reading and very thoughtful cleanups. I'll give this a try myself, but it looks all good to me.

@gohai we know the official build guide is a little behind, which I fell down first on it. your comments left on the contents inspire me to dig a little more because more and more people i believe will refer this. it works for me both 2708&2709 :)
