feature: add scaleway as registry endpoint

Hello,

It would be very nice if harbor could support scaleway container registry.

I tried to add this with other provider but I did not found how.

For this feature, i see two options:

• It already works while chosing another provider, then few changes are required (just add the option as available option)
• Code changes are required to add this provider

Scaleway is a good and growthing cloud provider so i hope harbor will handle it !

@Tchoupinax Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not familiar with the project, can you tell us why you chose scaleway and what are some of its strengths? These kinds of investments are usually dictated by the number of users of the project

Yeah of course I can ! However, I will keep it simple otherwise I will go into a commercial speech xD

I find Scaleway very simple and simple to use, the UI and menu are clear and simple. Price are very attractive and the support is very good. No surprise about usage or price.

Documentation is extensive https://www.scaleway.com/en/docs/ and you have nice schema about how things work. (s3 explanation with a schema)

Scaleway is an old actor (20 years old) about dedicated server and a growing cloud actor. Some numbers (theirs) so that you don't think it's the small start up in the corner:

Rank 9 of mondial cloud provider Rand 2 of european public cloud 250 employees, 5 datacenters, 60% of international customers present in 160 countries

I understand the cost of this kind of investments and i hope that he can see the light of the day !

I'm interested in this feature but I found a workaround for my use case (a push replication): I just tell Harbor it's a Docker Registry (not docker Hub).

I use this configuration to manage a replication and it seems to work fine. The endpoint of the registry must be https://rg.fr-par.scw.cloud (without the /<registry-name> path, and of course by replace fr-par by the region of your registry). In my use case, the path is configure in the replication destination namespace.
