new function request : default page size #19640

new function request: In administration-->configuration, could you setup a new global parameter,it is default page size ,i can set default to =100, so that when i goto projects or Project Quotas, it used page size=100. now, the default always is 15, I need change to others every times when i browse project or Project Quotas.

I would suggest to add it users personal preference, then to global configuration.

We are considering supporting a page size inputting and storing it in the browser's local storage.
