Harbor replication monitor alert for replication events #20276

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever an event is triggered for successful or failed replication, there is no way to alert on slack or any communication channel to notify.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be a way to trigger alert from datadog/monitoring channel to find the logs and metrics.
