internal network OSS #20901

After configuring Harbor to use an internal network OSS, I can't pull images from the external network. I'm using version 2.11.1. Are there any other configurations I need to make?

Harbor currently only supports one domain it is reachable from.

@lanheader or you can check if redirect parameter of distribution is suitable for you.
