Lable is missing on button of "Switch Role" #4033

this action is not destructive so it should not be using the red button. since this is a simple operation to reverse, it should be the normal blue button. also, we don't need to repeat the users names (with "pending") in the middle of the dialog. is this a duplicate of another issue?
