Describe the solution you'd like

Support a way to transfer the artifacts from Harbor to Bitnami app catalog(or from Bitnami app catalog to Harbor?). A potential way is to provide a replication adapter for that case.

FYI：Our HA deployment utilizes bitnami-docker-postgresql and bitnami-docker-redis, bitnami Org. related images provide lots of help for HA deployment! :+1:

If official Harbor makes full use of it or makes customization for self-service, maybe it will cool! Looking forwarding to good news about it.
