Incomplete crash reports are being written out on ppc because a memory
allocation is
one byte too small to hold a string.
The symptom of the problem is that no module information is written in the
minidump file,
so the crash report backtraces are very minimal with just hex crash addresses.
This issue only affects clients which inspect the crashed process from another
process.
