Linux code should use build id produced by ld --build-id if available #243

Apparently ld gained a --build-id flag sometime in 2007 that will generate
an ID and store it in the binary somewhere:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/RolandMcGrath/BuildID

We should support this on linux if it's present.
