Generate a libexception_handler for Linux #274

Attached patch generate a static library for exception handlers, similar to
the VisualStudio project in the Windows directory, so that a developer
doesn't have to know (or update his Makefile in case of changes) the list
of source files to compile to make use of breakpad.

Cleaned up the Makefile a bit by adding a "lib" target so that one can build the
library without the test applications.

This got fixed along the way somewhere, probably with the Linux client rewrite.
