Is there a project or solution to compile Processor on win32 with vs2005 
or vs2008?
If not,why?

If I use MinGW to compile,which gcc version I can use?

There is not. The processor is targeted at Unix-like systems. See issue 63 for a
patch (that may or may not still work) to allow the code to build on Windows.
