Crash_report_sender.app localizaed app name shouldnt' be different from file system name in English

Check out it's Infoplist.strings file - it should match the file system
name in English.

Don't you want the app to be named "Crash Reporter" in English, instead of
"crash_report_sender" (see issue 313)?
