Breakpad doesn't have an upper limit on the number of crashes #344

  Processor: 4 Intel 2.66 GHz
  RAM: 2048 MB

Breakpad version: 1.1.0.930

Host Application:
 Chrome: 4.0.241.0 r31417 
  QuickTime Player: 7.6
  QuickTime PlayerX: 90.3.1
  Flash Player: 10.0.32

To reproduce:
  Have Chrome crash 50 times

Expected behavior:
  There is an upper  limit on the number of crash files created

Actual behavior:
  There are 50 crash files
